Robin De Jesus, Louis Hobson, Debra Monk Set for If It Only Even Runs a Minute 10

Casting has been announced for If It Only Even Runs a Minute 10, which will be presented as two different concerts on June 17 at Le Poisson Rouge. Musical direction will be by Caleb Hoyer.

The series, created and produced by Jennifer Ashley Tepper and Kevin Michael Murphy, includes rare songs, behind-the-scenes tales, and inspiring photos from Broadway musicals that may not have been fully appreciated the first time around. It features performances and stories from original cast members and writers of several of the featured shows.

The cast for the 7pm show will include Etai BenShlomo, Jared Bradshaw, Ted Chapin, Michelle Federer, Louis Hobson, Debra Monk, Anne L. Nathan, Lindsay Northen, and Jill Paice. Among the musicals it will deal with are A Man of No Importance, The Gay Life, Molly, Musical Chairs, Oil City Symphony, They’re Playing Our Song, and .

The 10pm concert will star Kennedy Caughell, Robin De Jesus, Kenny Francoeur, Tricia Giordano, Colin Hanlon, Anika Larsen, Lauren Lawson, Melissa Rapelje, Jose Restrepo, Katie Thompson, Alysha Umphress, Donna Vivino and Zack Zadek. It will feature songs from and stories about Billy, “Camp”, Fame, I Love You Because, The Red Shoes, Something’s Afoot, Saturday Night Fever, Zanna, Don’t!, and Zombie Prom.
