Seth Bisen-Hersh’s I’ll Relax When I’m Dead to Play Don’t Tell Mama

Composer Seth Bisen-Hersh will star in his seventh cabaret act, I’ll Relax When I’m Dead, at Don’t Tell Mama, May 15-17. Laura Pestronk will direct.

The show will features 10 new songs as well as 2 mini-musicals developed at The Small Pond Musical Theatre Writing Lab last fall: “My New Computer” (book by Zachary Drummer) explores the exciting and exhilarating journey switching from PC to Mac, while “What If…?” (book and co-lyrics by Michael DiGaetano) follows the loves and lives of 4 New Yorkers at a crossroads.

In addition to Bisen-Hersh, the cast will include Elyse Beyer, Allison Linker, Gordon Maniskas, Ryan Neller, Jace Nichols, Rori Nogee, Mary Orzano, and Brian Shaw.

Bisen-Hersh is currently represented in New York by the musical, Stanley’s Party, at Manhattan Children’s Theatre, through May 30. His additional musicals include Meaningless Sex, The Spickner Spin, and More to Love.
