Chad Kimball, Guy Burnet to Star in 59E59’s Production of Murder in the First by Dan Gordon

Preliminary casting has been announced for Dan Gordon’s Murder in the First, to run May 25-July 1 at 59E59 Theaters is set to present . Michael Parva will direct the production.

Inspired by a true story, Murder in the First is a drama about the murder trial that exposed the terrible treatment of the prisoners at Alcatraz.

Tony Award-nominee Chad Kimball will play convict Willie Moore and British stage and TV actor Guy Burnet will play Moore’s attorney Henry Willard Davidson. The cast will also feature Larisa Polonsky (Mary McCasslin), Joe Adams, Richard Fiske, Anthoula Katsimatides, Darren Kelly, Joe Lawless, Thomas Ryan, and John Stanisc. Additional casting will be announced in the near future.
