City-Wide Muslim Voices Festival to Run June 5-14

Asia Society, BAM, and NYU Center for Dialogues will present Muslim Voices: Arts & Ideas, a ten-day, multi-venue arts festival and conference featuring artists from India, Indonesia, Iran, Kuwait, Morocco, Pakistan, Palestine, Senegal, Syria, and the U.S. The festival will run June 5-14.

Theater events will include Richard III: An Arab Tragedy (BAM Harvey Theater, June 9-12) and Dastangoi: The Adventures of Amir Hamza (Asia Society Lila Acheson Wallace Auditorium, June 7-8).

There will also be music, films, exhibitions, talks, and other events, ranging from the traditional to the contemporary.
