Raymond Bokhour to Return to Broadway’s Chicago on April 28

Raymond Bokhour will return to the company of Broadway’s Chicago, April 28-June 1 in the role of Amos Hart. He replaces Ron Ohrbach.

Bokhour’s stage credits include Vigils, King Lear, Two Gentlemen of Verona, and Much Ado About Nothing, and he has appeared in such films as Man on the Moon, Ali, and Changing Lanes.

Chicago currently stars Bianca Marroquin as Roxie Hart, Brenda Braxton as Velma Kelly, Jeff McCarthy as Billy Flynn, and Kecia Lewis-Evans as Matron Mama Morton. As previously announced, Grammy Award winner Mýa will make her Broadway debut as Velma Kelly on Monday, May 12.

Chicago features a book by Fred Ebb and Bob Fosse and a score by Edd and John Kander. It is directed by Walter Bobbie, with choreography by Ann Reinking. The show, which celebrated its 11th anniversary in November, won six Tony Awards, including Best Revival of a Musical.
