Justin Bond’s Lustre to Return in June

Tony Award nominee Justin Bond, best known as “Kiki” of Kiki & Herb, will bring his critically acclaimed variety show Lustre to the Abrons Arts Center, Henry Street Settlement, June 26-June 28.

Seen earlier this season at P.S. 122, the show is a cabaret-style revue, featuring a number of transgendered performers including Our Lady J, Glenn Marla, Nathan Carrera, The Pixie Harlots, and other special guests.

Bond was nominated for a Tony for Best Special Theatrical Event for Kiki & Herb: Alive on Broadway, and has also received an Obie, Bessie, and Ethyl Eichelberger Award. He has also performed a solo show, Glamour Damage, and regularly emcees the performance series Weimar New York. His film credits include Shortbus and Imaginary Heroes.
