Adapted for the stage by Richard Tulloch from the Dutch novel by Guus Kuijer, the play centers on nine- year-old Thomas Klopper as he copes with the bewildering world of post-war Amsterdam and the problem of seeing things nobody else sees.
The cast will feature Alison Bell, Peter Carroll, Julie Forsyth, Claire Jones, Deborah Kennedy, John Leary, Steve Meyer, Yael Stone, and Matthew Whittet.
The design team will include Kim Carpenter (set and costume design), Nigel Levings (lighting design), and Steve Francis (sound design). Original compositions are by Iain Grandage, and choreography is by Julia Cotton.
