Tony Award Nominee Jessie Mueller to Replace Kelli O'Hara on Broadway as Nice Work's Leading Lady

Tony Award nominee Kelli O'Hara (South Pacific) has announced that she will leave the cast of Broadway's Nice Work if You Can Get It after a final performance on March 31. She will be replaced by another Tony Award nominee, The Mystery of Edwin Drood's Jessie Mueller, who will begin performances on April 2. In addition, Tony Award winner Matthew Broderick (The Odd Couple) has announced that he will extend his Nice Work run through June 15.

Nice Work if You Can Get It features music and lyrics by George Gershwin and Ira Gershwin and a book by two-time Tony Award winner Joe DiPietro (Memphis). Directed and choreographed by three-time Tony Award winner Kathleen Marshall (Anything Goes), the production opened on Broadway on Apr 24, 2012 and was nominated for Tony Awards in the Best Musical and Best Book of a Musical categories.

Tony and Emmy Award winner Blythe Danner (Follies) has also extended her run in the show through April 28. The production also stars two-time Tony Award winner Judy Kaye (Sweeney Todd), Brad Oscar (Spamalot), Jennifer Laura Thompson (Lend Me a Tenor), Chris Sullivan (Lombardi), Robyn Hurder (Grease), Stanley Wayne Mathis (Wonderful Town), and Terry Beaver (Born Yesterday).
