A revised version of David Parsons’ full-length dance-theater work
Remember Me
, a highly theatrical collaboration between Parsons Dance and the East Village Opera Company, has returned to the Joyce Theater for an extended run through February 21.

The show uses dynamic 21st-century arrangements of classic opera tunes — performed to a combination of recorded music and live vocals by Tyley Ross and AnnMarie Milazzo — as the soundtrack for the story of a dangerous love triangle. Musical selections include “Habanera” (from Carmen), “Flower Duet” from (Lakme), as well as Schubert’s “Ave Maria.”

The production stars Abby Silva Gavezzoli, Zac Hammer, and Miguel Quinones, along with Julie Blume, Billy Smith, John Corsa, Eric Bourne, Sarah Braverman, Steven Vaughn, Melissa Ullom, and Lauren Putty. It features design by Jason Thompson, lighting by Tony Award winner Howell Binkley, costumes by former Project Runway contestant Austin Scarlett and sound by Will Reid.
