Stomp Out Loud, a new show directed and created by Luke Cresswell and Steve McNicholas, the creators of Stomp, will begin performances on March 24 at Las Vegas’ Planet Hollywood Hotel and Casino (currently known as the Aladdin).

The production, which will play in a brand new, 1,500-seat, $28 million theater created specially for it, will feature an expanded cast, new sequences, and new choreography. “We are very excited to bring Stomp Out Loud to Las Vegas because it gives us the chance to do things with the show that we’ve always wanted to do,” says McNicholas.

Stomp originated in England, opened at New York City’s Orpheum Theatre in 1994, and has since played over 10,000 performances around the world. Productions are still running in London and New York, and there is also a national tour.
