PHOTO FLASH: Alec Baldwin, Taylor Mac, Mandy Patinkin et al. at Lapham’s Quarterly Event at Joe’s Pub

Alec Baldwin, Linda Emond, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Taylor Mac, and Mandy Patinkin participated in an event celebrating the release of Lapham’s Quarterly‘s Winter 2011 issue “Celebrity,” held at Joe’s Pub on Thursday, January 20.

The evening featured Public Theater artistic director Oskar Eustis in conversation with the magazine’s editor Lewis Lapham.

Patinkin and Mac performed the song “Unworthy of Your Love” from Assassins, and the event also featured readings of lively selections from the magazine, including excerpts from Charles Lindbergh, Lillie Langtry, John Hinckley, Billy Wilder, Andy Warhol, John Adams, and tales from the Thousand and One Nights, among others.
