Mauricio Perez to Join Eve Plumb in Miss Abigail’s Guide to Dating, Mating and Marriage

Mauricio Perez will join star Eve Plumb in the Off-Broadway production of Ken Davenport and Sarah Saltzberg’s Miss Abigail’s Guide to Dating, Mating and Marriage, playing at the Downstairs Cabaret Theater at Sofia’s, beginning with the Wednesday, February 2 performance. He replaces Manuel Herrera.

The piece, directed by Davenport, is based on is based on Abigail Grotke’s popular book of the same name, in which relationship advice is doled out using wisdom from yesteryear.

Perez — who will portray Miss Abigail’s sexy assistant and faithful sidekick, Paco — most recently appeared Off-Broadway in Altar Boyz. He previously played Paco in the Miss Abigail‘s pre-New York engagement in Tampa, Florida last spring.

Plumb, who plays the title role, is best known for playing Jan Brady on The Brady Bunch. She has also been a part of the L.A.-based Groundlings improv comedy troupe.
