Campbell, Kennedy, et al. to Perform Peter Melnick Songbook

Real-life married couple Alan Campbell and Lauren Kennedy are among those scheduled to perform in the Arts and Artists at St. Paul’s Songbook event featuring the work of composer Peter Melnick. Produced and hosted by John F. Znidarsic, the concert will take place at 6pm on Tuesday, January 30 at the Donnell Library Theater (20 West 53rd Street).
The program will include several songs from the upcoming Off-Broadway musical Adrift in Macao, which Melnick wrote with Christopher Durang, performed by the show’s cast: Campbell, Rachel de Benedet, Orville Mendoza, Michele Ragusa, Jonathan Rayson, Will Swenson, and Elisa van Duyne.
Also featured in the concert will be selections from other shows with music by Melnick. The list of scheduled performers additionally includes Tonya Dixon, John Hickock, and Paul Iacano.
