John Lithgow, Esai Morales, Meg Ryan, et al. Set for Lives of the Saints Movie

Two-time Tony Award winner John Lithgow, along with Meg Ryan, Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson, Joe Anderson and Kat Dennings, will star in Lives of the Saints, according to a report in Variety. Written and directed by Chris Rossi, the movie is scheduled to begin filming next month.

The film tells the intertwining stories of a group of people in Los Angeles who find that forgiveness for their past mistakes comes from some unlikely places. The cast will also feature Kevin Zegars, Anthony Anderson, and Esai Morales.

Lithgow won Tony Awards for his work in Sweet Smell of Success and The Changing Room. He was also Tony-nominated for his performances in Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, M. Butterfly, and Requiem for a Heavyweight. In addition, he received Oscar nominations for Terms of Endearment and The World According to Garp. His television work includes Third Rock from the Sun, for which he received three Emmy Awards, a Golden Globe, two SAG Awards, and The American Comedy Award; and Dexter, for which he won the 2010 Golden Globe Award.
