Beverly Hills Temple of the Arts to Screen Have a Little Faith, Starring Laurence Fishburne, Anika Noni Rose, et al.

Beverly Hills Temple of the Arts will present a free sneak preview screening and discussion of the Hallmark Hall of Fame movie, Have a Little Faith, on Friday, November 18, at 9pm. The film stars Broadway veterans Laurence Fishburne, Anika Noni Rose, and Bradley Whitford. ABC will premiere the film on Sunday, November 27.

The story depicts the lives of Henry Covington (Fishbourne), a Detroit preacher who overcame a life mired in drugs and crime, and his wife, Annette (Rose). Mitch Albom, the writer of the screenplay (based on his book), is portrayed in the movie by Whitford. The film also features Martin Landau as Rabbi Albert Lewis, and is directed by Jon Avnet.

The screening will be followed a panel discussion with special guests led by Rabbi David Baron.

Seating will be on a first come, first served basis. (Audience members are encouraged to arrive by 8pm.) No advance reservations will be taken. For more information, click here.
