James Franco, Anne Hathaway to Co-host Oscars

James Franco and Anne Hathaway will co-host the 2011 Oscar ceremony, according to published reports. The 83rd Annual Academy Awards will air live on ABC on February 27, 2011.

Franco is currently on screen in 127 Hours. His many film and television credits include Howl, Milk, and General Hospital. As previously reported, he will also take part in The Face of Tisch 2010 gala honoring Tony and Emmy Award winner Billy Crystal, on Monday, December 6 .

Hathaway appeared in the Shakespeare in the Park production of Twelfth Night and the City Center Encores! production of Carnival. She received an Oscar nomination for Rachel Getting Married, with other films including The Princess Diaries and Brokeback Mountain. She is currently on the big screen in Love and Other Drugs.
