The film is written and directed by Damian Lee and involves a father (Fraser) whose children (to be played by Holly Deveaux and Christian Martin) witness a murder, and are hunted down by two criminal brothers (played by Dominic Purcell and Ethan Suplee).

Fraser, who is also among the producers of the film, appeared on Broadway in Elling and has also starred onstage in Cat on a Hot Tin Roof. Among his many film credits are The Mummy, Journey to the Center of the Earth, and Gods and Monsters.
