The production, which will take place in conjunction with El Portal renaming their Forum Theatre to honor Monroe on the 50th anniversary of her death, recreates what might have happened during the icon's final photo session.

Sunny Thompson will star as Marilyn Monroe.

The ribbon cutting and renaming of the theater as The Monroe/ Forum Theatre will take place August 4 at 6pm.
