Bill Pullman and Julia Stiles will star in David Mamet’s Oleanna at the Mark Taper Forum, May 28-July 12. The production, which will open officially on June 5, replaces the previously announced revival of Uncle Vanya. It will be directed by Tony Award winner Doug Hughes, and will be presented in association with Jeffrey Finn, who has the commercial rights to the show.

The show revolves around a power struggle between a male university professor and one of his female students. Mamet is currently represented on Broadway by Speed-the-Plow and a revival of his play American Buffalo was presented on Broadway earlier this season. Hughes won the Tony Award for Doubt.

Pullman received a Tony Award nomination for The Goat, or Who Is Sylvia? and his other stage credits include Peter and Jerry and The Subject Was Roses. Stiles appeared in a West End production of Oleanna and her other stage credits include Twelfth Night and Fran’s Bed.

Tickets will go on sale on Friday, February 27 and can be purchased by calling 213-628-2772 or by visiting www.CenterTheatreGroup.org.
