Arnold, Lamon, Milo Set for Engeman’s Little Shop

Full cast and creative team are set for Little Shop of Horrors at The John W. Engeman Theater in Long Island, to run October 2-November 9, with an official opening October 4. Stephen DeAnglis directs and choreographs.

In this Howard Ashman-Alan Menken musical, Seymour, an orphan and a nerd, dreams of more than working at Mushnik’s flower shop, but gets more than he bargained for when he discovers a plant with a taste for human flesh.

The cast will star Josh Lamon as Seymour and Gina Milo as Audrey, with Bob Arnold (Mushnik), Lakisha Anne Bowen (Chiffon), Kristal Joy Brown (Crystal), Melinda Wakefield Alberty (Ronnette), and Christian Whelan (Orin). Maxx will provide the voice of Audrey II, while Bill Remington manipulates the body. The cast will also include Missy Dowse, Jade Hicks, and Craig Sculli.

The creative team will include Court Watson (scenic design), Tricia Barsamian (costume design), Joel E. Silver (lighting design), Bridget O’Connor (sound design), and Donny Jones (musical director).
