Randy Graff, Susan Kellerman Join Bay Street’s Motherhood Out Loud

Randy Graff and Susan Kellerman will join Obie winner Saidah Ekulona and Queer Eye for the Straight Guy‘s Carson Kressley for Bay Street Theatre’s developmental production of Motherhood Out Loud, a collaboration amongst over 15 writers, conceived by Susan R. Rose and Joan Stein. This work-in-progress will be presented at the Parrish Art Museum in Southampton, New York, July 30-August 1. Lisa Peterson will direct. Graff and Kellerman replace the previously announced Margo Martindale, and Samantha Mathis.

The show is a loose chronological journey of motherhood, and is by writers from the theater, television, fiction and non-fiction, including Leslie Ayvazian, David Cale, Pat Candaras, Jessica Goldberg, Beth Henley, Deborah Zoe Laufer, Lisa Loomer, Michele Lowe, Asra Nomani, Brett Paesel, Marco Pennette, Theresa Rebeck, Luanne Rice, Adriana Trigiani, Annie Weisman, Cheryl L. West, Christine Zander, and Mark Nutter.

Also as previously announced, Xavier Cano, Joyce Chittick, Stuart Marland, Kristen Martin, Laurie Wells, and Patrick Wetzel will star in Bay Street’s mainstage production of Dames at Sea, to run August 11-September 6. Ray Roderick directs this musical featuring book and lyrics by George Haimsohn and Robin Miller, music by Jim Wise, choreography by Shea Sullivan, and music direction by Rick Hip Flores.
