Lynda Bellingham, Jennifer Ellison, Danielle Lineker, et al. Set for Calendar Girls Tour in 2011

A new cast has been announced for the U.K. tour of Calendar Girls, who will debut with the show’s engagement at the Bristol Hippodrome, January 26-February 5.
The play is about a group of middle-aged English women who pose for a racy calendar, and is based on the 2003 film of the same name. Directed by Roger Haines, the production features scenic design by Robert Jones, lighting design by Tim Lutkin, costume design by Jack Galloway, and original music by Steve Parry.
The cast will feature Lynda Bellingham (Chris – Miss October), Jennifer Ellison (Celia – Miss September), Trudie Goodwin (Annie – Miss February), Ruth Madoc (Marie), , Bernie Nolan (Cora – Miss July), Lisa Riley (Ruth – Miss November), Gwen Taylor (Jessie – Miss January), Diana Moran (Lady Cravenshire), Bruno Langley (Lawrence), Joe McGann (John), Danielle Lineker (Elaine).
Additional engagements include Dublin’s Grand Canal Theatre (February 7-19), the Palace Theatre Manchester (February 21-26), Cliffs Pavilion Southend (February 28 -March 5), the Grand Theatre and Opera House Leeds (March 7-19), Empire Sunderland (March 21-26), the Milton Keynes Theatre (March 28-April 9) and the Birmingham Hippodrome (April 11-16).
