Preliminary casting has been announced for the 24 Hour Plays Celebrity Gala, to play November 1 at the Old Vic. Graham Norton will host the evening, which will benefit the theater's New Voices program.

Other actors featured in this evening of plays created and rehearsed in one day will include Jane Asher, Lorraine Burroughs, Eliot Cowan, Kerry Fox, Haydn Gwynne, William Houston, John Light, Nigel Lindsay, Art Malik, Sharon Maughan, Anna Maxwell-Martin, Kieran O'Brien, Andrew Scott, and Ruth Wilson.

Writers and directors involved in the event include Josie Rourke, Angus Jackson, Nick Moran, Chloe Moss, and Amy Rosenthal.
