Directed by Laurence Connor and featuring musical staging and choreography by Gillian Lynne, the celebration will be a series of concerts to be offered on October 1 at 7:30pm and on October 2 at 1:30pm and 7:30pm.

In addition to the previously reported Ramin Karimloo, who will headline in the title role, the concerts will feature Sierra Boggess as Christine, Barry James as Monsieur Firmin, Gareth Snook as Monsieur André, Liz Robertson as Madame Giry and Wynne Evans as Piangi. Additional principal casting for the event, which will feature a cast and orchestra of over 200, will be announced in the near future.

Based on the classic novel Le Fantôme de L’Opéra by Gaston Leroux, the show features music by Andrew Lloyd Webber, lyrics by Charles Hart (with additional lyrics by Richard Stilgoe), and book by Richard Stilgoe and Andrew Lloyd Webber. In addition to the production playing at Broadway’s Majestic Theatre, the musical can be seen at the West End’s Her Majesty’s Theatre and in Las Vegas at Venetian Resort Hotel Casino.
