Maria Friedman, Tim Rice, Jessie Buckley To Perform at Cantabile Benefit Concerts

Maria Friedman, Tim Rice and Jessie Buckley will perform at two Christmas charity concerts offered by the vocal quartet Cantabile, to be offered on December 17 at the Delfont Room at the Prince of Wales Theatre and on December 21 at St. John Smith’s Square, according to a report on the website for The Stage. The concerts will benefit the Alan Jay Lerner Fund for Cancer Research and the Caron Keating Foundation, respectively.

Cantabile — The London Quartet — was formed in 1982 and has performed in West End musicals such as Blondel and Passions, as well as QE2 galas, concerts at Carnegie Hall, opera at the Covent Garden Festival, jazz with the BBC Big Band and classical parodies for the BBC Proms in the Park.
