David Bedella, Hannah Waddingham, et al. to Be Featured on Soho Cinders CD

David Bedella, Clive Carter, Sharon D. Clarke, Amy Lennox, Beverly Rudd, Jos Slovick, Sandi Toksvig, Hannah Waddingham, and Michael Xavier will be featured on the new CD Soho Cinders – A New Musical. SimG will release the live concert recording album on November 21.

With a score by George Stiles and Anthony Drewe, the show re-imagines the fairy tale Cinderella, setting it in modern times. The musical follows the complicated love life of prospective Mayoral candidate James Prince, his fiancée and his law-student lover, Robbie – who`s paying his college bills in a somewhat unorthodox way.

The 15-track disc will feature such songs as “Gypsies of the Ether,” “You Shall Go to the Ball,” “Who’s That Boy?,” “They Don’t Make Glass Slippers,” and “The Tail That Wags the Dog.”
