Maria Friedman to Headline London’s Christmas in New York Concert

Olivier Award winner Maria Friedman will headline Christmas in New York, the annual celebration of classic carols and seasonal showstoppers, to be held at 7:30pm on Sunday, December 7 at the Lyric Theatre.

The show, which features contemporary interpretations of well known seasonal songs and brand new compositions by both British and American musical theater composers, will also star Julie Atherton, Oliver Tompsett, Ashleigh Gray, Michael Xavier, Adrian Hansel, Zoe Rainey, Richard Reynard, and Lorna Want.

Friedman’s many stage credits include The Witches of Eastwick, The Woman in White, Chicago, Lady in the Dark, Passion, Ragtime and Sunday in the Park with George, as well as numerous solo concerts in London and the United States.
