Julie Atherton, Daniel Boys, Alex Jessop, et al. Set for Michael Bruce Gala Concert

West End stars Julie Atherton, Helena Blackman, Daniel Boys, Clare Foster, Alex Jessop, Sarah Lark , and Paul Spicer will perform the work of 25-year-old musical theatre composer Michael Bruce in the gala concert, Michael Bruce: A Little Less Ordinary, at the Apollo Theatre on November 1 at 7:30 pm.

Bruce won the Notes for the Stage competition in 2007, and is a former Highland Dancing Scottish Champion. His show Ed debuted at this year’s Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

Atherton and Boys are both currently appearing in Avenue Q. Blackman appeared in the West End revival of Saturday Night and starred in the UK tour of South Pacific. Foster is currently appearing in ITV drama The Bill, and previously appeared in Avenue Q. Jessop is playing Boq in Wicked. Lark is currently in Oliver. Spicer most recently starred in The Last 5 Years.
