Laura Armstrong, Valerie Cutko, Tim McArthur Set for Jermyn Street Theatre’s Secret Sondheim

Preliminary casting has been announced for Secret Sondheim, to run July 6-24 at the Jermyn Street Theatre. Tim McArthur will direct the revue, which will have additional staging by Phil Aidan.

Devised as a celebration of Stephen Sondheim’s 80th Birthday, the show will examine the songwriter’s lesser known work, featuring rarely performed material from major musicals such as Sweeney Todd and Into the Woods, as well as numbers form less familiar pieces such as Anyone Can Whistle and Evening Primrose.

The company will feature director McArthur, along with Laura Armstrong and Valerie Cutko. Additional performers will be announced at a later date.
