Julie Atherton, Stevie Webb Set for Lyric Hammersmith’s Panto Cinderella
Julie Atherton will play the title role and Stevie Webb will play Buttons in Cinderella, a panto to play the Lyric-Hammersmith November 24 – January 5, according to a report on the website for the U.K. magazine The Stage. Sean Holmes will direct the production.
Atherton is currently playing Sister Mary Robert in the West End’s Sister Act. Atherton’s stage credits include Notes from New York, Fame, and Avenue Q.
Holmes has previously played the title role in Dick Whittington and Wishy Washy in last year’s Aladdin at Lyric-Hammersmith. His other stage credits include Betwixt!, Lakeboat, and Departure Lounge.
