Jenna Leigh Green and Alice Ripley Join L.A. Tommy

Jenna Leigh Green and Alice Ripley will replace Haylie Duff and Susan Egan as Sally Simpson and Mrs. Walker in a radical new production of The Who's Tommy, to run June 18-29 at the Ricardo Montalban Theatre in Hollywood. The production will be directed by Brian Purcell, with chorography by Denise Leitner and musical direction by Dan Redfield.

The cast will also feature Nona Hendrix as the Acid Queen; Aleks Pevec as Tommy; Tom Schmid as Captain Walker; and Hank Adams as Uncle Ernie.

Green is best known for her portrayal of Nessarose in Wicked. Ripley received a Tony Award nomination for Side Show and most recently appeared in the Off-Broadway musical Next to Normal, for which she received an Outer Critics Circle Award nomination.
