Hutchison, Mineart, et al. Cast in Westport’s Of Mice and Men

Full casting has been announced for Westport Country Playhouse’s production of John Steinbeck’s Of Mice and Men, to run October 7-November 1. Mark Lamos will direct.

Based on Steinbeck’s 1937 novel, the play tells the story of two traveling companions, George and Lennie, who wander the country during the Depression, fantasizing about a better life.

The cast is led by Brian Hutchison as George and Mark Mineart as Lennie. The company will also include Mateo Gómez as The Boss, Kene Holliday as Crooks, Betsy Morgan as Curley’s Wife, Matthew Montelongo as Slim, Tommy Nohilly as Carlson, Sean Patrick Reilly as Whit, Rafael Sardina as Curley, and Edward Seamon as Candy.

The creative team includes Michael Yeargan (set), Jane Greenwood (costumes), Robert Wierzel (lighting), John Gromada (sound/original composition), and B.H. Barry (fight coordinator).
