Tony Award winner Rondi Reed will be honored with a 2009 Larry Sloan Award by Season of Concern, Chicagoland theatre community's fundraising effort, at its holiday party, 'Tis the Season, to be held at the Chopin Theatre, on Monday, December 7, at 6:30pm.

Larry Sloan Awards will also be given to TheaterMania contributor Jonathan Abarbanel, and The Actors Fund. Season of Concern supports the fight against HIV and AIDS by contributing to programs that provide direct care to members of the Chicago and Midwestern theatre community, and by addressing emergency needs expressed by theater community members in their struggles against other life-threatening illnesses.
