Route 66 Theatre Company will present the world premiere of Next Stop, a new musical created by Chicago playwrights Alice Austen, Aaron Carter, Ike Holter, Alex Lubischer, Brett Neveu, and Caitlin Montanye Parrish, with a score by Diana Lawrence.

Erica Weiss directs the piece, which begins on a greyhound bus from a small town to Chicago, and takes audiences around the city, with each story taking place off a different El stop. The limited run of four shows, Monday and Tuesdays from June 18-26, will take place at Theater Wit.

The cast includes Adrian Aguilar, Harmony France, Emjoy Gavino, Zach Kenney, Geoff Rice, and Blair Robertson.
