Stephen Sondheim to Appear in Conversation at Toronto’s Princess of Wales Theatre

Legendary composer and lyricist Stephen Sondheim will appear in conversation with journalist Robert Cushman at the Princess of Wales Theatre on Monday, December 6 at 8pm.

Entitled An Evening with Stephen Sondheim, the program will be introduced by Tony Award winner Des McAnuff. It coincides with the publication of Sondheim’s new book, Finishing The Hat, and the Toronto presentation of a revival of his musical, A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, directed by McAnuff.

Sondheim is the winner of an Academy Award, numerous Tony Awards (including a special award for Lifetime Achievement), multiple Grammy Awards, and a Pulitzer Prize, among many other honors.
