Broadway's Children of a Lesser God Announces Rush Policy

The new Broadway revival of Mark Medoff's Children of a Lesser God at Studio 54 will offer $32 student rush tickets at the box office on the day of the performance. Tickets will be limited to one per student ID.

Directed by Tony Award winner Kenny Leon, Children of a Lesser God stars Joshua Jackson and Lauren Ridloff, alongside Anthony Edwards, Kecia Lewis, Julee Cerda, Treshelle Edmond, and John McGinty.

The story is described as follows: "One of the most indelible love stories of the modern age, Children of a Lesser God brings to life the passionate and personal connection between a teacher at a school for the deaf (Jackson) and the remarkable woman (Ridloff) he meets there." The drama debuted on Broadway in 1980, earning the Tony Award for Best Play.

Performances of Children of a Lesser God begin tonight in advance of an April 11 opening.
