Elizabeth Marvel, who starred in the Off-Broadway production of Other Desert Cities earlier this year, will return to the role of Brooke Wyeth in the play's Broadway incarnation, at the Booth Theatre, beginning March 6, 2012. She replaces Rachel Griffiths, who will play her final performance in the play on Sunday, March 4.

The play centers on a once promising novelist, who has written a memoir focusing on an explosive chapter in her family's history. The cast also includes Stockard Channing, Stacy Keach, Judith Light, and Justin Kirk. Joe Mantello has directed the production.

Marvel won Obie Awards for her performances in Hedda Gabler, A Streetcar Named Desire, Therese Raquin and Misalliance. Her prior Broadway credits include Top Girls, Seascape, An American Daughter, and Taking Sides.
