The Huntington Theatre Company has announced the full line-up for their new winter cabaret series, Upstairs at the Calderwood, set to run at the Stanford Calderwood Pavilion at the Boston Center for the Arts, December 11-January 31, 2009.

The series will open with Lea DeLaria, accomplished jazz musician, Broadway performer, and groundbreaking queer stand-up comic, singing Christmas favorites, December 11-13. Amy Crawford will take the stage with Amy & The Electric, January 22. Boston-based group, Sol Melodiq, will bring there combination of jazz, hip-hop, soul, funk, and gospel, January 23.

Latin Jazz All Stars will play a salsa-infused concert, January 24. Florencia Gonzales will create a night of jazz-infused bossa nova, January 29, 2009. Classical Pianist Manami Morita will combine classical melodies and American jazz backbeats, January 30. The series will close with Andrei Matorin, a jazz violinist who creates improvised melodies to the up-tembo syncopation of his jazz ensemble, January 31.
