New Rep’s Little Shop of Horrors to Extend Through May 27

New Repertory Theatre has announced that its production of Howard Ashman and Alan Menken’s Little Shop of Horrors will extend one week through May 27 in the Charles Mosesian Theater at the Arsenal Center for the Arts. Russell Garrett directs and choreographs. Musical direction is by Todd C. Gordon.

In the musical, florist shop worker Seymour becomes a pawn in a paranormal plant’s diabolical scheme.

The cast includes Paul D. Farwell (Mr. Mushnik), Jennifer Fogerty (Chiffon), Lovely Hoffman (Crystal), Timothy B. Hoover (Puppeteer), Susan Molloy (Audrey), Bill Mootos (the Dentist), Blake Pfeil (Seymour), Timothy John Smith (The Voice of Audrey II), Ceit McCaleb Zweil (Ronette), and Peter S. Adams (Understudy for The Voice of Audrey II).

The design team is comprised of Peter Colao (set design), Frances Nelson McSherry (costume design), Franklin Meissner, Jr. (lighting design), Paul Perry (sound design), and Lauren L. Duffy (prop design).
