Leigh Barrett, Evan Harrington, John Kuntz, et al. Set for New Rep Gala

Steven Barkhimer, Leigh Barrett, Nancy E. Carroll, Aimee Doherty, Benjamin Evett, Paul D. Farwell, Rachel Harker, Evan Harrington, Jeremiah Kissel, Todd Alan Johnson, John Kuntz, Veronica J. Kuehn, Will Lyman, Maurice E. Parent, Bobbie Steinbach, Robert Saoud, and Stephanie Umoh will perform at New Repertory Theatre’s 25th Anniversary Gala Fundraiser to be held at the Arsenal Center for the Arts on Tuesday, May 12. Adam Zahler will direct, with musical direction by Todd C. Gordon.

The evening will feature memorable scenes and songs from seasons past, including A Streetcar Named Desiree, The Clean House, The Threepenny Opera, Sweeney Todd, Into the Woods, and Ragtime. The event will also include a farewell tribute to outgoing Producing Artistic Director Rick Lombardo.

In addition, there will be both a live and silent auction of items ranging from a baseball signed by Kevin Youkilis to two tickets to the Broadway production of Billy Elliot: The Musical, with a behind-the-scenes tour given by Gregory Jbara. There will be a pre-dinner cocktail reception at 5:45 PM, with the gala performance and live auction b at 8:00 PM, followed by a dessert reception. All proceeds will support New Rep’s educational and artistic programming.
