Veanne Cox, Stephen DeRosa, David Garrison, Randy Harrison, Alice Playten, et al. Set for Berkshire Theatre Festival

Final casting has been announced for summer productions at the Berkshire Theatre Festival in Stockbridge, Massachusetts.

As previously reported, the Mainstage season will kick off with a special edition of TheaterMania contributor Scott Siegel’s Broadway by the Year series (June 19-27), followed by Eric Hill’s production of Paul D’Andrea and Jon Klein’s The Einstein Project (June 30-July 18), featuring James Barry, Brandy Caldwell, David Chandler, Kyle Fabel, Jesse Hinson, Walter Hudson, Tommy Schrider, Miranda Hope Shea, and C.J. Wilson. Warner Shook’s production of Neil Simon’s The Prisoner of Second Avenue (July 21-August 8) will star Veanne Cox, Cynthia Darlow, Stephen DeRosa, Julian Gamble, Jeanne Paulsen, and Alice Playten. Anders Cato’s production of Henrik Ibsen’s Ghosts (August 11-29) will feature David Adkins, Mia Dillon, Jonathan Epstein, Tara Franklin, and Randy Harrison.

The Unicorn Theatre season is currently staging Hill’s production of Brian Friel’s Faith Healer (May 21-July 4), featuring David Adkins, Colin Lane, and Keira Naughton. Ralph Petillo’s production of the musical Candide (July 11-August 15) will follow. Rebecca Brooksher, Dane DeHaan, Lisa Emery, Michel Gill, and Greg Keller star in Zayd Dohrn’s Sick (August 18-September 6). David Garrison will star in Andre Guerdat’s bioplay Red Remembers, about sportscaster Red Barber, directed by Tony Award winner John Rando (September 11-November 1).
