KMFA 89.5 Classical is pleased to open our doors to the community and provide space for your next event. The building was designed as a gathering place in a modern space conveniently located just north of Lady Bird Lake on Austin’s East Side, a twenty-minute walk from the Austin Convention Center. In addition to the 2,160-square-foot music studio, the building features lobby space downstairs and upstairs, a 788-square-foot conference room with floor-to-ceiling windows, patio space on the main floor, outdoor terrace space on the second level, and enough square footage to accommodate up to 250 for a standing reception. The music studio can seat up to 135 for performances, and also functions well for seated breakfasts, lunches or dinners for up to 100 guests. Parking is convenient and free!
