The magic and mysticism of The Hobbit, the prequel to
J.R.R. Tolkien’s hit trilogy The Lord Of The Rings, will kick off Casa
Mañana’s 42nd Children’s Playhouse Season. The Hobbit will be the first Children’s Playhouse production at Casa Mañana’s newly renovated theatre and has been adapted for young audiences.
The story will take you on a journey to the land of Middle Earth to meet Bilbo
Baggins, the hobbit who is asked by a wizard to recover an important
treasure. Reluctantly, Bilbo agrees and sets off with a band of dwarves on
this perilous quest.
