The Long Island Philharmonic, in its first performance at the Patchogue Theatre, presents An Evening of Mostly Mozart, including Mozart’s “Overture to The Magic Flute,” the popular “Allegro of Eine Kleine Nachtmusik,” and the signature “Jupiter Symphony.” Also on the program is a work by Mozart’s friend and nemesis, Antonio Salieri. The program is designed as a way of interesting new audiences in one of the most intriguing musical relationships in history.
