About This Show

A special Wednesday Live in the Lobby to celebrate the new album by Nina, Tentatively titled Many Hands Make Murky Work. Nina has been playing guitar and singing for the past thirteen years, starting her own rock band at the age of 12. She also plays bass, piano, drums, and lap steel guitar. Nina studied privately in addition to attending Berklee College of Music in Boston. She is currently performing throughout the tri-state area as well as writing and recording her own music. Her current trio plays music which might be described as noisy mood folk. The new album will be released and available for the first time at this special Live in the Lobby performance.

Opening the show will be an acoustic set from Johnnie Lee Jordan, whose brief Live in the Lobby performances (Patchogue Folk Festival and A Concert for the Lobby) left people asking for more!

Live in the Lobby is a series of concerts for small audiences held in the lobby of the historic Patchogue Theatre, usually on the first Thursday of every month. These concerts feature artists from the Long Island area playing a wide variety of mostly original music in an intimate and comfortable setting. All ages are welcome.
