Erica Gould directs the world premiere of The Witches’ Triptych by Lillian Ann Slugocki. The fires of the 17th century witch craze burn anew with eroticism and fury. Drawing on original letters, trial transcripts, and death warrants, the play frees the long-silenced voices of victims tortured and burned at the stake. Set in Germany, England, and Salem this haunting new play reveals the sexualized ritual of the witch hunt.
The opening night gala performance on Tuesday, October 31 is at 7pm. There are no performances Thanksgiving week (November 22-26), and an added Sunday matinee on November 19 at 3:30pm.
