Goldilocks tells the tale of a conniving movie director who forces his favorite leading lady into finishing her contract just when she is about to be married. The show opened on October 11, 1958 – starring Elaine Stritch and Don Ameche – and played through February 28, 1959, winning Tony Awards for Russell Nype (Best Featured Actor in a Musical) and Pat Stanley (Best Featured Actress in a Musical). This 30th Anniversary concert presentation will present two songs that were cut from the original production.
