Love Junkie

Bridget Barkan’s solo show, The Love Junkie, is the story of one woman’s journey on the road to recovery from sex, love and codependency addiction. Barkan employs the voices in her head to act out the aches of her overworked heart. It’s a roller coaster ride of original and cover songs, characters, comedy, spoken word, costumes, dancing and unapologetic truth. In this soulful theatrical experiment, Bridget courageously travels through time from her recent battle with relationships to the root of the problem and back, finding some answers along the way.
