About the Show
The Pooka and Daniel O’Rourke is an adaptation of an Irish folktale about Daniel O’Rourke, who is visited in a dream by a group of Pookas, who straighten out his errent ways. Pookas are fairies who have the ability to take whatever shape they wish, though they prefer the animal form.
