As the producer of a Grammy nominated album (Carole King’s A Holiday Carole), singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, recording artist, and mom, Louise Goffin is a badass, multi-talented, modern-day renaissance woman. Her formative years in California’s famed Laurel Canyon gave her a virtual PhD in Popular Music as the first-born daughter of two of their generation’s most renowned songwriters, Carole King and Gerry Goffin.
Louise released six albums of her own, the last in 2014, Songs From the Mine. This highly sought-after producer and go-to songwriter has also toured the world on electric guitar with Tears For Fears. “Pure nirvana for pop melody freaks,” Louise welcomes School of Rock’s very own The Kelson Twins to open this can’t-miss concert at the Athenaeum Theatre.
